Q: When are you available
for appointments? |

A: We schedule appointments 10am-5pm Tuesday-Thursday. We
also take evening appointments Tuesday and Wednesday. In order
to devote our full attention to brides we are unable to make
regular Saturday appointments. On rare occasion we are able
to make special Saturday appointments. |

A: All items are based on the type of flower. |

A: Consultations are free of charge. We would love to meet
you and make your dreams reality. |

Q: How do I hold the date
with Kathy's Kloset? |

| |
A: To secure your date with Kathy's Kloset you need to make
a deposit of at least $200. We accept Visa, Mastercard, checks,
and cash. Once we receive your deposit we type your contract
from the earlier consultation. |

Q: Is my wedding date available? |
|
| |
A: Please call the office at 291-7767 to check our availability
as it may change often. |

Q: Can you do sample bouquets or arrangements? |

A: Yes, the cost is ½ the quoted amount of the original item. We must receive 2 weeks notice for sample to order selected flowers. Payment is due at pickup. |

Q: Can I cancel my order? |
|
| |
A: Yes, please notify us immediately. The $200 deposit is non-refundable. Two weeks prior to your date, all money is non-refundable. |
